Hummus
Ingredients
- 1 15 oz. can of chick peas, drained
- 2 lemons
- 2 Tbl. tahini
- 2 Tbl. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1-2 garlic cloves
Instructions
- Drain the chickpeas and place them in the bowl of a food processor.
- Add the zest and juice of both lemons to the chickpeas.
- Add the remaining ingredients.
- Process until desired consistency, adding water as needed to thin the hummus.
